NOTICE FOR REGISTRATION FORM
NURSERY & LOWER KINDERGARTEN
SESSION : 2026-2027
1. FORM :
The Registration Form for Lower Kindergarten will be available online only.

| NURSERY | From 8:00 a.m. on 8th December to 8:00 p.m. on 9th December |
| LKG | From 8:00 a.m. on 10th December to 8:00 p.m. on 11th December |
2. DO NOT fill in more than one form for one applicant.
3. AGE ELIGIBILTY (as on 1st April, 2026):

4. BIRTH CERTIFICATE:
- Only the Birth Certificate registered by the Municipal Corporation within three months of the birth of the child will be accepted.
- Birth Certificate without child’s name on it will not be acceptable
5. REGISTRATION FEE:
- Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) is to be paid online only as Registration Fee through Net Banking/Debit Card.
- Registration Fee is non-refundable.
6. SUBMISSION OF FORM:
Both the parents should come with the child to submit the Registration Form (along with the required documents) in the school on the date and time as mentioned in the Form Submission Slip.
7. Registration of the child is not a guarantee for admission.
8. No recommendation from any source shall be accepted.
9. School does not accept any donation. BEWARE OF INTERMEDIARIES.
10. The decision of the Management regarding admission will be final and binding
