“Education is not a preparation for life, education is life itself.”- John Dewey
Our school conducts Balwadi Classes in the evening for children of the age group 3-5 years from low-income families.
We aim to build the social, emotional, competitive and motor skills of the children therefore preparing them to adjust to a school atmosphere. These classes help them to tackle the problems of retention and achievement at a nascent stage and spend time in productive activities.
The children are taught a variety of nursery rhymes, which builds their vocabulary of English and Hindi. They are made to learn shapes and colours through songs, pictures and toys. Learning numbers and alphabets help develop their logical and literary skills and values of our Indian Culture are imbibed through celebrations of different festivals. Our school provides a great help to the benighted parents in nourishing and developing literate children.
