PRINTOUT OF REGISTRATION FORM
Click on to the button "Print Registration Form"
Enter the Registration & Transaction Number to print the Registration Form and the Form Submission Slip.
SUBMISSION OF FORM :
| 1 | Both the parents should come with the child to submit the form and the required documents on the date and time as mentioned in the Form Submission Slip. |
| 2 | Staple the required documents along with the Registration Form. |
| 3 | Put the Registration Number on all the documents. |
| 4 | No document shall be accepted once the submission of form is done. |
GUIDELINES :
| 1 | All should wear mask. |
| 2 | Kindly co-operate in maintaining social distancing in the school premises. |
