The jingling of the bells, the music of carols and cool evening became the ingredients of the Christmas function which was held on 22nd December, 2021. 

The occasion was graced by Rt. Rev. Bishop Francis Kalist, the Bishop of Meerut dioceseand Col. Sanjay Babbar as the special guest. Other eminent guests included Fathers, Brothers, Sisters of varied congregations, Principals of distinguished institutions, members of SOGAM, Sophian ex-teachers, spouses of the teaching faculty, well-wishers and benefactors. The Principal, Sr. Gail extended a formal welcome to the gathering. The programme was coordinated by Mrs. S. Ghuman. 

‘The Nativity of the Lord’ was shown through a tableau ‘The Birth of Jesus’ put up by the Primary students, that gave the message of caring and loving our brethren. Beautiful carols were sung which captivated the heart of the audience. The fairy dance also added beauty to the function. The programme was applauded with lots of appreciation. In his message to the gathering, our Chief Guest, Rt. Rev. Bishop Kalist, enlightened all with the true meaning of Christmas and stated that Christmas is not just about celebrating our Saviour's birth but essentially about walking on the path of love and righteousness that Christ showed us, as Jesus stands for human togetherness. 
His Lordship congratulated Sr. Gail and the students for putting up a joyful celebration.
